The timing of the Congress predisposes to walk in Moscow - at the end of April, as a rule, warm sunny weather, the beginning of spring, the first bright green, happy smiles of passersby. Even though the fountains are not yet working, to walk around the old streets of the city great pleasure, especially if you are in good company of like-minded.
