History of the Moscow International Veterinary Congress is inextricably linked with the history Association of Veterinary Practitioners Doctors. In 1994, the Moscow Guild of veterinarians organized the first conference on problems veterinary medicine of small animals. In the first veterinary conference was attended by about 250 participants. Later on the Guild of Moscow veterinarians and the Association of Veterinary Medicine of St. Petersburg in 1997, was established by the Association of practicing veterinarians, and conference has developed into a very large scale event in veterinary Russia - Moscow International Veterinary Congress. The number of participants has increased by an order, and among the speakers can be seen every year the world famous veterinary professionals from European and American countries. And if before the event included the educational part, now the Congress - a large-scale event, which includes some important event, traditionally done within the MMBK. Among them - handing awards "Golden Scalpel" and "Ragged klistir", awarding a medal VN Mitin ,bowling tournament among veterinarians, exhibition and sale, covering all areas of veterinary medicine and much more.
